Cookies and Cream Smoothie


Do you have a weakness fondness for those famous chocolate sandwich cookies filled with sugary white frosting? Ditch the cookies and make this devilishly good cookies and cream smoothie instead! Made with creamy Vanilla Shakeology and chocolate graham crackers, it tastes just like a cookies and cream milkshake – and it’s actually good for you.

While chocolate graham crackers aren’t necessarily the healthiest food you can eat, they’re not all bad either. Most varieties of graham crackers have a short, straightforward list of ingredients and are made, at least in part, with whole grain flour. Our nutrition experts count one sheet of graham crackers (made up of four smaller crackers) as one yellow container, so you can indulge without guilt.

Serves: 1 smoothie
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • 4 chocolate graham crackers (1 cracker sheet), broken into large pieces
  1. Place almond milk, ice, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add crackers; cover. Blend until just mixed.
